Bacon

Bacon is versatile and can be enjoyed in many different ways. Here are ten of the most common and popular ways to eat bacon. These methods showcase the wide variety of ways bacon can be incorporated into meals, both in traditional and more creative recipes.

Cooked Bacon

Our pre-cooked bacon is made from whole cuts of belly pork, which are salted, dried, then pre-cooked with no use of sugar and finally smoked over beech wood chips. We maintain strict quality control over the raw materials we use, sourcing only from inspected and certified suppliers.

Once the entire piece of belly pork is smoked, we slice or dice it and then cook it to achieve the desired crispiness. We guarantee even and consistent cooking, ensuring the result is crispy, flavorful bacon slices with a high degree of convenience.

Finally, the bacon slices are packaged in a controlled atmosphere, making it easy to separate the slices.

Our sliced, pre-cooked products are available in different levels, including Bake-Off Bacon, Fully Cooked Bacon, Lightly Cooked Bacon, and Fully Fried Bacon.
